Q: What are treatment options for incontinence in an 87-year old otherwise healthy woman?

my mom is 87 and experiencing incontinence. She was once told she had glaucoma but then her eye doctor took her off drops. Is there any treatment that might help her? Should she see a urologist? What are her options?

Even at 87, she can work through pelvic floor strengthening exercises.  A women's health physical therapist in your area can coach her through exercises or you can find an at home program for her on dvd or book.  I have had success treating many women 70+ with exercises.
