Are there any other areas that the sacral nerve control other than bladder. I recently had InterStim implantation (first phase) and I'm feeling a funny sensation in my feet (toes) is that something happening because of the surgery or am I just over reacting.

No, you are not over-reacting. One of the checks to make sure the leads are in the proper location is that your toes may flex.
