Q: I am struggling with postpartum urinary incontinence - help

I am almost 7 weeks postpartum and it is getting worse - random leakage and stress incontinence.  Is there anything I can do (I'm doing Kegel exercises regularly) to help it?  Do estrogen creams help?  Are there any support blogs?  I find it physically and emotionally taxing.

Thank you.

Keep exercising Kegel and empty your bladder more regularly. I have an 11 yr old and even now, I sometimes have incontinence when I sneeze.  SO especially when I have a cold or during allegy season, I try to urinate more frequently. It helps because we tend to be too busy to toilet when we begin to feel the urge.  Instead we "hold it in." Randon leakages I would report to a urologist.
