In response to:

I have about the same incontinence that you do and I have never considered surgery. I use pads sometimes but am now using the McGuire urinal most of the time. I also use external catheters with a leg bag sometimes (Medicare will cover those). Surgery always has its downside and the benefits are not guaranteed.
