Hi Shari,   Thank you for your question! The manufacturer of Flomax is Boehringer-Ingelheim. They do have a patient assistance program, which you can read about here. There are income requirements in order to qualify, but I think if you qualify, you can receive the medications for free. I hope this helps you!   Best of luck, Casey
