I am a 57 year old male with a <10% BPH but have had frequent urination issues the last 4 years. We have tried just about every drug including 15mg Enablex with no effect. I underwent Photoselective Vaporization of the Prostate in February. Now I have almost no control and have to go every 45 minutes. I hope sombody out there has a suggestion (please no natural remedies, I tried those first). I already do Kegel Exercises and take Saw Palmento again with no effect.

Q: Enablex does not work at all, nor Detrol for my frequent urination. Does anyone have suggestions?

You may want to try Visacare or one of the oab meds that are stronger

Vesicare does not work as well. We have gone through the most common drugs used from Cordura to Enablex. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
