itching down between legs

What would cuase itching in between legs & on the scrotum. I wash that area good & dry it throughly. Concerned about it. It is getting better I think.

I have found that changing as soon as possible and cleaning yourself thoroughly is very important, a shower if possible.
I also use corn starch on the area that is in contact with the wet diaper.
