Vesicare dosing

have had the prostate removed last Feb. Went on Vesicare have taken 20mg a day for a while with the doctors knowledge, once 30mg no side effects. Have been off the regular 10mg for week now , but Doc said its ok to us it as needed. Need it tomorrow and was going to take the 30 mg dose, this time...
