i need to urinate often when there is no work, and followed by thurst. what is it?

i am 23 year old..from long years back also i suffer from frequent urination,mostly in winter as well as when i am feared or under tense. also i feel my penis is small and weak at that time...and it drives off my concentration. after urination i feel like thursty. so i need to drink water, because of which again urination may occur... but this will not occur when i am working or involved in something else it will be in normal condition...

                   Please help me to solve this problem..

Hello San,

 

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles. I think a discussion with a doctor would be best for you. It's the only way to really know what's going on and if something is physically wrong that could be causing your incontinence. Also, here's some information for you that might help:
