i need to urinate often when there is no work, and followed by thurst. what is it?

i am 23 year old..from long years back also i suffer from frequent urination,mostly in winter as well as when i am feared or under tense. also i feel my penis is small and weak at that time...and it drives off my concentration. after urination i feel like thursty. so i need to drink water, because...
