One day post-op after sling surgery and my incontinence seems the same as before. Is this normal?

In addition, I am post one year after having a fractured pelvis and do have a bar from my right hip to the pubic bone.  But my incontinence has been getting progressively worse over the course of this year.  That is why I waited to have surgery.  My MD said that the bar on pubic...
