Joanna,

One of the functions of the Femme Elite device is to help with pelvic floor stimulation (PFS), which can aid in strengthening the pelvic floor. Like other muscles in the body, the more they're stimulated, the stronger they become. Women with stronger pelvic floor muscles have greater control over their bladder as well as increased vaginal tone and greater sensation during intercourse. PFS can help combat incontinence and also aid in postnatal recovery.
