What vitamins assist in strengthening bladder

My daughter has had bladder control all her life and my mother told me she used a vitamin but carent remember which one.
this would be a helpfull trial for us as gp doesnt want to put her on medication other than treat bladder infections with anti biotics

Cranberry, which you can get at the drugstore in pill form, is supposed to be good at warding off bladder infections.
You also might want to try avoiding bladder irritants to see if that helps at all. Dr. Sobol wrote a sharepost about bladder irritants here and I wrote one here. Hopefully those will be helpful!
