Q: bladder neck pain- 5 weeks post TURP, urinary frequency,poor urinary stream
If you are still having poor stream 5 weeks (now 7) after your TURP, I would see my doctor.
I had a TURP two years ago that resulted in UUI, but have never had poor stream since then. Also, your bladder neck was probably damaged as part of the TURP and this can contribute to urinary urge. Although you are only a few months post TURP, wonder if bladder neck scarring can be contributing to your poor stream.
