I am not ashamed of being incontinent,it is nothing to be ashamed of. I did however have a hard time dealing with wearing diapers to protect from wetting my bed at night and at times I wear them away from home. I still feel strange when I put on my disposable diaper,and when I have to change from a wet one.I am not sure this will ever become easier for me to deal with. I found this site very helpful in many ways,I hope you do also.
