Q: I am 67 w/ type I diabetes for 36 years. Is constant urination caused by the diabetes?

If you are 67 you could not have had type 1 diabetes for only 36 years. Type 1 diabetes is childhood diabetes and you would have had it all of you life. Next time get your facts straight before you start making things up. Type 2 is adult diabetes that is cause after childhood either by bad eating or gy other health problems. GET YOU FACTS STRAIGHT.
