Q: I'm 15, and i think i have an infection of somesort, PLEASE help

I'm 15 and i think i have a bladder infection, but i'm not sure. I'm on the pill and have been for 8 months now, i took two pill packets together as i was going on holiday and didn't want to be on during. I have since, came back and been off for a week and am back on the pills. On Thursday, i had sex. Yes i know i know i'm 15 yadda yadda yadda, i'm not asking for critisism. Whilst having sex i started to bleed, fairly heavily. When we noticed, we stopped immediately but it was obvious i'd been bleeding for a while. It only lasted 15 mins until we noticed, but i put in a tampon and we just sat watching a film. A few hours later when i went to change the tampon, i notcied there was hardly any blood on the tampon at all. The blood definately came from me, but me and my boyfriend weren't using protection, because i'm on the pill. I've knnown this boy a long time and i lost my virginity to him last year. He also lost his to me and we both have not had any other sexual contact with anyone else, ever. I didn't think anything of it at the time, and just that it was because of the pill packets i took together and the sex just triggered it. But then a day later, it hurt when i went to pee and after, the area around my vagina hurt for an hour or so. I take my pill at 10, and i got the pain at around midnight, the same happened again today, but when i wake up in the morning, its fine. I really don't know what to do, telling my parents isn't an option for me and i don't have a close adult friend who i can talk to, so this is where i'm seeking the advice. Please help ASAP. I'm in pain!
