has anyone diabetes & incontinence mainley nocturnal?

I have type 2 diabetes and like a drink or two if I am really tired and go to bed early have a tendency to wake up in a very wet bed.Have used external catheters and to my horror found I have produced over 2 litres overnight!Does anyone have the same problem I am starting to feel very alone and noone to either tell or discuss.
