treatment for 86 yrs old male patient with neurogenic bladder &overflow incontin no response to med
what should be the treatment for 86 yrs old male patient with neurogenic bladder causing overflow incontinence and having no response to medication.patient has no history of medical or surgical illness.presently he is being catheterised(foleys catheter) since one month.
