drinking water

 This girl at work knows about my situation and she is always telling me to drink water I was getting alot of infections and did'nt feel good. urge bowel Incontinence

I have urinary incontinence due car accident,but all my life I've struggled with always needing to have a bowel movement it comes on fast and a couple times messed my pants .I quit school because of this,being scared of not making it on time.I've wore protection when I leave the house scared of not reaching a toilet on time .can anyone help?
