Drugmaker recalls antibiotic Nitrofurantoin

Drugmaker Ranbaxy is recalling all lots of Nitrofurantoin capsules, an antibiotic most-often used to treat urinary tract infections. A statement from the company said that some lots may not be in conformity to lab standards--which could mean an increased risk of nausea and vomiting.
