Oral contraceptives may up incontinence risk

Premenopausal women who use the Pill may be more likely to suffer from urinary incontinence than their peers, a new study suggests. Researchers from Harvard Medical School found that women who took oral contraceptives were 27 percent more likely to experience leakage weekly compared to women who had never taken contraceptive hormones. And women who had taken contraceptives the longest had the worst symptoms, researchers say.  Read full story >
