Could chiropractic treatment cure incontinence?

Some chiropractic practitioners say that misalignment in the spine's sacrum could lead to incontinence and bed wetting. The sacrum is particularly vulnerable during childhood because it has not fused yet, which experts say may explain why some kids go months or years potty trained and then suddenly begin to have problems with nighttime bed wetting. Misalignment of the sacrum can mean that nerves going to the bladder don't work properly, so that children and adults may have a difficult time "reading" their body's signal to urinate.
