I dont know what to say to your story.   i am a fervent exercise person - 7 times a week no excuses come rain or shine.  I am up on the vitamins, healthy fruits and veggies.  My sleeplessness is all menopause induced.  It use to come with cold sweats and hot flashes but both have departed now and the only thing that remains is the sleeplessness.  I saw a Dr that gave me some bio identical HRT - not estrogen the other one that starts with PH- i am going to see him again bec i remember it worked and of course, since it is a hormone, there are side effects.  But all the behavior modification only works 1 week then it is gone.
