This is a powerful statement: When older people lose their ability to do things on their own, it doesn't happen just because they have aged. More likely it is because they have become inactive.

 

In a recent Newsweek article, it said that a 70-yr-old who exercises for a year regains some of the cognitive power of someone in their 30s!
