Dorian,

This is great info. I don't know why my doctors don't talk about it. It is so personal, I guess. It is very helpful to me.

Thanks,

Nina

Hi, Black Cohosh is a Uterine Tonic that has estrogen- like activities, also Wild Yam Dong Quai,False Unicorn Root,Shepherds purse,Cramp bark. They all strengthen the uterus and increase its tone. They may increase circulation and blood flow to the tissue. It has been my experience that these medicenal herbs work a lot better when the bad estrogen is knocked out first.Where does bad estrogen come from, where does it not come from? I take psyllium which is fiber three times a day and of course you have to drink alot of water with that. In the body it swells and becomes mucilagenous which draws in all the toxins that either your liver couldnt detox or something we unknowingly put in our bodies that wasnt good.I cant live my life in a bubble so this is was works for me. I also find it hydrating. When bad estrogen is knocked out, the body will start looking for more estrogen, and it will get it in any form shape or fashion. The only form I want my body to have is the phyto estrogens.I prefer that they get on my recepter sites before something else does.Even better do a infusion and take a sitz bath.Truly I get my best results from topical applications. No I am not a doctor, nutritionlist or holistic practictioner. I did work in a herb shop for 5 years and took alot of classes, however, I always question what I learn and put it to a test.I hope you find this helpful
