Lifestyle Choices May Help Middle-Age Women Avoid Chronic Conditions

I’ve heard many people who are my age and older exclaim, “Aging isn’t for sissies!” Well, I do believe that’s true, but I also believe that lifestyle choices we make – whether it be the food on our plates, the exercise that we get, or the choice to meditate – can help increase our chances of leading a relatively healthy life into our 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. Here’s to self-care!
