my Dr was thinking maybe PMDD but being on antidepressants only makes me elevated. Im a mental health nurse and depression just isnt adding up. i feel so in control for half the month but hav just about every other symptom of perimenopause, so im off to the Dr's this week and asking for hormone levels.

 

thanks so much for sites like this where we "crazy" women can find hope and realise there are plenty of us out there who are really quite normal.  :)

Good for you, Tracey!  I'm glad you were wise enough to trust your intuition and keep seeking information.  Each woman is her own best expert when it comes to how we feel and how our bodies are working or not!
