    All good ideas. I find my hot flashes worse in the morning. I find not drinking a hot beverage for breakfst and not putting on my socks till I'm going out the door really helps.  So glad it's summer and I can wear barefeet and sandals. H

    I have recently purchased sleepwear from Eaden and can't believe how much it works.  They are really lovely too.
