I've been trying it now for some time and my hot flashes are as frequent as they were before going on this herbal remedy. I was hopeful it would help because I have about 10 - 15 hot flashes a day and about another 3 - 5 at night. The Red Clover didn't work for me either. I was hoping to get some relief so I could get a better rest at night but still wake up and have to turn or move to find a cooler place to lay. I've heard it works, but unfortunately, not for me.
My doctor just started me taking "black"cohosh". I'll keep you informed on how I feel taking this--ok???!!!
