I agree with you about the yogurt in the grocery store.  If you can purchase fresh raw milk locally, it makes wonderful yogurt.  To find a local source, visit www.realmilk.com.

Add some live cultured yogurt to your milk and keep it warm.  I use a Salton yogurt maker.  I visited Austria recently and fresh yogurt is a breakfast staple.  They also eat large breakfasts.
