I have found out through experimenting with my body that caffine does tricker my migranes and make me have hot flashes and so does spicey foods. Your body will tell you what you need to back away from when it comes to "HOT FLASHES & MIGRAINES." You are the doctor of your body.
Good luck, those hot flashes & migraines are no joke sometimes.
