Will I have symptoms with reducing prometrium 100mg. taken daily now to be taking only 10day a mo.

I would like to know if I reduce taking prometrium 100mg from 30 days a month to 10 days along with premarin .45 daily, will I have any reaction such as hot flashes returning. Due to weight gain in stomach area the Dr., said to reduce to only 10 a month on the prometrium 100mg
