Q: Are your breasts tender during menopause

I'm 50 years old and my period just stopped.  No spotting...just stopped and my breasts are tender.  Is this normal

Hey Twindles,

This is VERY normal. So don't worry. Make sure you continue to do your breast self-exams though and if oyu feel any lumps or thickness, let your doctor or nurse know.
