hot flashes with an odor

I have hot flashes that come with an odor of a sewer very intense. It has not always been this way. First just normal hot flashes, then I smelled like the goodwill, like old people now I smell like a sewer it comes on strong and then is gone in a minute or so. Any help I would appreciate.
