Yes.  By the time your FSH hits 91 you can be pretty well-assured you will not get pregnant.  It's always best to have 2 tests to verify that the high numbers were not just a temporary spike.  If 2 come back elevated, you can be definite that you are menopausal and won't get pregnant. Sandy
