Q: I'm 59, haven't had a period in about 7 years...

I'm 59 and haven't had a period or spotting in over 7 years.  I'm about to be involved with someone and would like to know what are my chances of becoming pregnant.  I don't think I can, but wanted to be sure.  I'm not familiar with the body's system.  Thanks.

No, Marcie, you won't get pregnant at age 59 after 7 years of no periods.  You can feel reassured.

Thank you so much.  I didn't think I could but wanted to be sure.  I don't have anyone to talk about these things with, so thanks again and have a nice Holiday season.
