Hi Sanya

Both mood swings and hot flashes are common symptoms indicating that your hormone levels are low and out of balance.  When you say natural, I am assuming you mean over-the-counter.  The 2 products I recommend most commonly for these symptoms are black cohosh for hot flashes and progesterone cream for mood swings.  With black cohosh, one well-known and researched product is Remifemin, 40-80mg daily.  Some women find 5 HTP and/or St. John's Wort to be helpful with mood disturbance. There are a number of good progesterone products, but you want to be sure that it contains about 450mg of  USP progesterone.  Your other option for symptom management, depending on your medical history and personal preferences, would be bioidentical hormone therapy.  You can read more about these in my latest posting on this site.

Good luck, Sanya,

Sandy
