I'm not clear why your BP would drop all of a sudden, but if it was a big change from what it usually is, that could give you a headache. I would definitely recommend you keep track of it through your regular clinic until you are sure it is stable in a normal range.
Your lack of periods is perfectly normal at your age (or even years younger). That and your flushes tell me your hormones are dropping and the balance is off. Very often the sexual changes you mention accompany these hormone changes and can be quite frustrating. I would recommend you see a provider who knows menopause and hormones...someone who will listen and work with you to help manage these symptoms. You don't have to feel bad just because you've reached a certain point in life. Bioidentical hormones are safe and they work!
