Nicolet01--First of all, best wishes for a wonderful and fulfilling marriage! About becoming pregnant...you didn't say how long ago your periods stopped, so it isn't clear whether you are in perimenopause (kinda like pre-menopause), or if there is some other reason the periods have stopped. You probably need a blood test to tell if you're pre-menopausal. I'm no doctor but if your periods have stopped because of menopause, I have not heard of anything that can bring them back. Not sure what artificial means could be employed, so a fertility expert is the way to go. There are many clinics specializing in fertility, if your reproductive organs are still able to work their magic. Good luck, and let us know what happens!
