I had my tube removed when I was 27 because of ectopic pregnancy and don't know to this day whether I had one of my ovaries out, I am now 53 2yrs ago sept 2006 i got taken to hospital because of severe dizziness I was well out of it, diag with vertigo, took tabs and got used to it, exactly a year latter the same, but had the night sweats, diag the same vertigo, this condition continued to get worse pulpitations my periods were all over the place i have never felt so ill in my life my chest felt like someone was sitting on it, anxiety, panic attacks it felt like I was a shell and no one was home, 8 hospital visits later and diag with some thing different each time !I just can't remember how many dr visits, I am still here.... I think I have had vertigo bereavement and menopause all at once, I have been on so many medications you would'nt believe, but the hrt was working, no hot sweats or hot flushes or anxiety or heavy chest and the dizziness has gone but its not quite right, I have had to come off the hrt for blood tests all the night sweats have returned and hot flushes and the heavy chest, anxiety, I have only been off it for 5 weeks, Monday I see the dr for results fingers crossed I might return to normality very soon, hope this helps good luck
