Q: I am 60.....Can I still get pregnant after menopause?

Ashley,

If you have truly gone through menopause, you can no longer conceive; you can no longer get pregnant. Menopause means you have stopped creating eggs that can be fertilized and stop creating the environment in your uterus to nurture a fertilized egg. Only a blood test can determine whether you are totally finished with menopuase, though.
