I would like an answer to this too.  I have been suffering from lightheadedness for the past few weeks and palpitations for the last week> I thought it was sinus problems at first, but this is a different lightheadedness, no sickness feeling and it is continuous.  My doctor has been reducing my HRT tablets for the past 9 months so it being a symptom of perimenopause is possibly what it is.  I visited one of the male doctors at the surgery yesterday, who sent me for an ECG for the palpitations but wasn't sure about the lightheadedness, it was one of those, give it some time, if it doesn't get any better come back and see us.  If this is something we have to suffer because of the menopuse surely there is something we can take to east it.  I agree, working with a computer all day while lightheaded is uncomfortable.
