Hi, I have recently had a blood test and told my fsh level is 38,

Hi, I have recently had a blood test and told my fsh level is 38, and therefore menopausal, I am 45 years old. I missed two periods and then just recently I had a period which lasted 10 days, now I feel dizzy, sick and so tired and my tummy is huge despite the diet I am on, is this normal? Thanks
