Hello,   The symptoms that you are experiencing are a result of hormonal imbalalnce, specifically your progesterone is too high in ratio to your estrogen which causes the pregnancy symptoms (sleep, tired, weight gain, etc).  In order for you to have a period, you have to ovulate.  After ovulation your progesterone levels should increase thereby producing a period, but if your progesterone levels are too low and estrogen too high the uterine lining builds up and you don't have a perod.  When your estrogen levels are too high in comparison to progesterone, you can have longer periods.  You should really get in to have your hormones checked including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.  Chasteberry is a natural supplement that will help to increase your progesterone levels and balance you out but I'd get my hormones checked if you decide to look into that so at least you have a baseline...   Also, google "slow burning" carbs and those will definitely help you to have more energy as well as help to balance out your insulin levels.  Insulin levels will also become imbalanced as a result of female hormones being out of balance.   Good luck!
