Hi,
basically each of these are words used to describe certain menstrual issues. Amenorrhea is the absense of a menstrual period, Dismenorrhea is used to describe very painful periods and Menorrhagia describes extremely heavy, prolonged periods.
These conditions could have many possible causes, so please consult your doctor if you have any of these symptoms as they could have more serious underlying causes.
