worried for my mum ! as she is having red patched and need to know if the cause is menopause.

Hi, My mum have been going on menopause for these last 4 years. Now a month ago we noticed a bruise under her right armpit. But in these last couple of days she ended up covered in small light red patches like bruises but painless. Can this be a side effect of monopause too ??? Thanks
