As far as I know, menopause is not classified as a legal disability in any state. The symptoms can be extreme for some women and I do have patients who have had problems at work and may have had to reduce hours for awhile or quit. you need to find a provider who specializes in hormones and menopause and who uses bioidentical hormones who can help you get on track to feeling better and able to do your job well.
