As far as I know, menopause is not classified as a legal disability in any state.  The symptoms can be extreme for some women and I do have patients who have had problems at work and may have had to reduce hours for awhile or quit.  you need to find a provider who specializes in hormones and menopause and who uses bioidentical hormones who can help you get on track to feeling better and able to do your job well.  Check www.bhrtdoctors.com or call a compounding pharmacy in your area for a list of doctors to check out.

Best of luck to you,

Sandy

Watch this video about menopause and menstruation, a normal, natural shedding process of the uterine lining that occurs monthly in all healthy adult women after puberty.
