Q: How to manage Chemo induced menopause?

I had Chemo from April-July. I have horrible hourly hot flashes. They start from head to toe and are painful. They are accompanied by shooting pains and pains and needles. I'm miserable. I can't sleep. I can't afford any costly 'scripts. I start radiation on Monday. But my new radiologist won't write out 'scripts. She says its my oncologists job. He's in another city as she and I won't see him until December. Meanwhile I'm miserable. What can I do? What's Safe for a triple negative breast cancer patient? Anything? I'm so in unbearable pain all the time and these hot flashes makes it worse!
