Q: Started menopause 3 years ago, haven't had a period for 18 months. Am I no longer fertile?

Hi Shaz,

No period for one year is the technical definition of menopause, so you are postmenopausal and cannot get pregnant.

Yes, you are no longer fertile.  After 1 year of no bleeding, it is safe to assume that you will not get pregnant.
